You must obtain approval for any repairs, modifications or improvements PRIOR to the commencement of any work.

Review the Architectural Guidelines:
To better serve your neighborhood and assist you in enhancing the image and the property values of Mayfield Ranch, the Architectural Control Committee (“ACC”) has drawn together some general guidelines addressing the most commonly asked questions regarding the HOA Deed Restrictions relating to improvements/changes that homeowners plan to make.

Some homeowners may not be familiar with the HOA Deed Restrictions. Therefore, we hope you find these guidelines helpful and encourage you to take a few moments to become familiar.

All Improvements as defined in the Mayfield Ranch Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, ("CC&Rs”) must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee ("ACC") before the improvement begins.
Approval by the ACC does not waive a municipality’s permit requirement. Please check with your contractor or with the City of Round Rock prior to the start of any improvement.
